Question 1

What is Wix Business Pro, and why should I care?

Accepted Answer

We're a team of Wix specialists who design, develop, and optimize Wix and Wix Studio sites. Whether you need a beautiful redesign, killer SEO, or copy that actually converts — we do the boring parts so you can focus on the business. We're also certified Wix Experts.

Question 2

What makes you 'pro' at Wix?

Accepted Answer

We've worked on Wix and Wix Studio since 2018, and we also build custom-coded sites and applications. From simple portfolios to complex e-commerce, our live portfolio shows the range — so we know the platform's edges, tricks, and traps.

Question 3

Why hire a Wix agency instead of doing it ourselves?

Accepted Answer

Same reason you don't do your own taxes — we're faster and better at it. You spend beer money. We give you a full-stack team in return, with itemized invoices your accountant can review for tax treatment.

Question 4

Are you part of Wix.com?

Accepted Answer

No. We're an independent agency, certified by Wix and specialized on the platform. For account/billing questions, you talk to Wix. For everything else that makes your site work — that's us.

Question 5

Do you work with clients outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with clients across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. Our team operates async with weekly sync calls in your timezone.

Question 6

Do I own my website after the project ends?

Accepted Answer

100%. The site lives in your Wix account, on your domain, under your name. We're never a single point of failure — you can take it anywhere, anytime.

Question 7

What industries do you work with most often?

Accepted Answer

Professional services, SaaS, e-commerce, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, non-profits, and creative studios. The platform is industry-agnostic — what matters is your goals and your audience.

Question 8

Can you sign an NDA before we share details?

Accepted Answer

Always. We sign NDAs before any discovery call when requested. Your roadmap, financials, and brand strategy stay confidential — that's a baseline, not a perk.

Question 9

Do you offer white-label services for other agencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We white-label Wix design, SEO, and care for branding agencies, marketing teams, and freelancers who want a reliable Wix arm without hiring in-house.

Question 10

What size of business do you usually work with?

Accepted Answer

Mostly small-to-mid market teams (5–500 people) and ambitious solo founders. We've also shipped sites for Fortune 500 brands and Series-B startups — the platform scales further than most people think.

Question 11

How do you communicate during a project?

Accepted Answer

Slack or email day-to-day, weekly Loom updates, and a shared project board so you can see progress in real time. No mystery, no chasing for status.

Question 12

Are you hiring?

Accepted Answer

We're always open to talented Wix designers, SEOs, and copywriters. Send your portfolio to careers@ and we'll reply even if there's no open role.

Question 13

Can you help me if I already have a Wix site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Redesigns, SEO upgrades, fixes, ongoing care — we plug into existing sites all the time. Your site stays in your account; we just make it work.

Question 14

How long does a Wix website project take?

Accepted Answer

A simple site: 1–2 weeks. A custom Wix Studio build: 3–6 weeks. Enterprise/e-commerce: 6–10 weeks. We give a clear timeline upfront and update you every step.

Question 15

What's the difference between Wix and Wix Studio?

Accepted Answer

Wix Editor is the classic drag-and-drop platform — fast and flexible for most businesses. Wix Studio is the agency-grade builder with responsive breakpoints, CSS-grid layouts, and advanced CMS — better for design-led brands and complex sites.

Question 16

Will my Wix website be mobile-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Every site we ship is fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop. We design mobile-first and test on real devices before launch.

Question 17

Can you migrate my site from WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify to Wix?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We've migrated hundreds of sites — content, SEO equity, redirects, and all. We preserve rankings with proper 301 mapping and audit performance after launch.

Question 18

Do you provide custom illustrations and photography?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have in-house illustrators, photographers, and motion designers. We can also direct AI-generated assets when budget calls for it.

Question 19

Can you build e-commerce on Wix?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build full Wix Stores with payments, shipping logic, subscriptions, abandoned cart, multi-currency, and ERP integrations. We've shipped stores doing 7-figures/year on Wix.

Question 20

Can Wix handle a multilingual website?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Wix Multilingual handles up to 180 languages with separate URLs, hreflang tags, and per-language SEO. We've launched sites in 10+ languages for global brands.

Question 21

Can you integrate booking, scheduling, or membership systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wix Bookings, Members Area, paid plans, online courses (via Velo), and 3rd-party tools like Calendly, Acuity, Stripe, and HubSpot all integrate cleanly.

Question 22

Do you build with Velo (Wix's developer platform)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use Velo for custom logic, dynamic pages, database collections, custom dashboards, API integrations, and anything the editor can't do natively.

Question 23

Can you redesign my site without losing my Google rankings?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and this is where most agencies mess up. We map every URL, preserve content equity, set up 301s, keep schema intact, and benchmark performance before/after launch.

Question 24

Do you offer accessibility (WCAG/ADA) compliance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design to WCAG 2.1 AA standards — semantic HTML, color contrast, keyboard nav, alt text, ARIA labels, and screen reader testing. Optional ADA compliance audits available.

Question 25

What does the design process look like?

Accepted Answer

Discovery → strategy → wireframes → visual design → build → QA → launch → care. You approve at every gate, with revision rounds baked into each stage.

Question 26

Can you match an existing brand or design system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send your brand book, Figma library, or even just screenshots — we'll mirror your design system pixel-for-pixel and document it in Wix Studio's style system.

Question 27

Can Wix sites actually rank on Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and the myth that they can't is from 2015. Modern Wix has clean code, server-side rendering, and full SEO controls. Rankings depend on competition, content and authority, so no one can promise positions — but the platform is not what holds most sites back.

Question 28

How long does SEO take to show results?

Accepted Answer

Quick wins (technical fixes, on-page) show in 4–8 weeks. Content and authority-building results compound over 3–6 months. We report monthly so you see the trendline, not just the spikes.

Question 29

What does your SEO process include?

Accepted Answer

Technical audit, keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, internal linking, schema markup, Core Web Vitals tuning, link building, and monthly tracking via GA4 + GSC.

Question 30

Do you guarantee #1 Google rankings?

Accepted Answer

No reputable SEO does. Anyone who guarantees rankings is lying or using black-hat tactics that get sites penalized. We guarantee process, transparency, and measurable progress.

Question 31

Will you help with local SEO and Google Business Profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We optimize GBP, build local citations, manage reviews, and target geo-specific keywords. Local SEO is one of the highest-ROI plays for service businesses.

Question 32

Do I need to write blog content for SEO to work?

Accepted Answer

Not always — but consistent, helpful content is the single biggest lever for organic growth. We can write it for you or train your team to do it well.

Question 33

How is SEO on Wix different from WordPress?

Accepted Answer

Wix gives you the same core SEO controls (titles, meta, schema, redirects, robots, sitemaps) with a much faster setup and zero plugin maintenance. The platform is no longer a limitation.

Question 34

What is technical SEO, and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

Technical SEO covers site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals. If Google can't crawl or trust your site, no amount of content fixes that.

Question 35

What are Core Web Vitals and why do they matter?

Accepted Answer

They're Google's measure of real-world page experience: loading (LCP), interactivity (INP), and visual stability (CLS). Failing them tanks rankings on mobile. We tune all three on every site.

Question 36

What is schema markup and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

Schema (structured data) tells Google what your page is about — product, FAQ, review, event, business. It unlocks rich results in search and is now table-stakes for competitive SERPs.

Question 37

How do you do keyword research?

Accepted Answer

We blend Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and AI-driven topic clustering. We target a mix of high-intent commercial keywords and long-tail informational queries that compound over time.

Question 38

What is on-page SEO?

Accepted Answer

Optimizing each page for a specific keyword theme: title tags, meta descriptions, headings (H1–H3), URL slugs, image alt text, internal links, and content depth. The fundamentals still win.

Question 39

Do you do link building?

Accepted Answer

Yes — ethically. Digital PR, guest posts on real publications, broken-link reclamation, niche edits, and HARO. We never buy links from PBNs or spammy directories — that's a 6-month penalty waiting to happen.

Question 40

Can you fix a Google penalty or traffic drop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We diagnose algorithmic vs manual penalties, run a full technical + content + backlink audit, file reconsideration requests when needed, and rebuild trust signals.

Question 41

How does AI / generative search (SGE, ChatGPT) affect SEO?

Accepted Answer

AI search rewards clear, well-structured, citation-worthy content. We optimize for both classic SERPs and AI surfaces — schema, semantic HTML, entity-rich copy, and source authority.

Question 42

What's the difference between SEO and SEM (paid search)?

Accepted Answer

SEO earns traffic via organic rankings; SEM buys it via Google Ads. SEO compounds over years; SEM works the day you launch. The best growth strategies use both.

Question 43

How much does SEO cost?

Accepted Answer

One-time audits start at $1.5k. Ongoing SEO retainers run $1.5k–$8k/mo depending on scope (technical, content, local, e-commerce). We scope every engagement based on the gap to your goal.

Question 44

Can you optimize an existing Wix site without redesigning it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our SEO clients keep their existing design — we just rebuild the technical and content foundation underneath. Big lifts in ranking without touching the visuals.

Question 45

Do you handle international / multi-region SEO?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hreflang setup, geo-targeted subfolders, localized content strategy, and per-country GSC tracking. We've shipped multilingual SEO programs across 30+ countries.

Question 46

How do you measure and report SEO results?

Accepted Answer

Monthly dashboards in GA4 + Google Search Console + Looker Studio: rankings, organic clicks, conversion-attributed traffic, technical health, and content performance. No vanity metrics.

Question 47

How much does a Wix website cost?

Accepted Answer

Most projects land between $4k and $25k depending on scope. Care plans start at $95/mo. We send a fixed-price quote after the free audit — no surprise invoices, ever.

Question 48

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Standard split is 50% to start, 50% on launch. Larger projects can be split into 3–4 milestones. Care plans are billed monthly or annually (with a discount).

Question 49

What's included in a free audit?

Accepted Answer

A 20-minute call, a written review of your current site (design, performance, SEO, conversion), and a clear plan with timeline + price. No pressure, no obligation.

Question 50

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Drop your details in the form (top of page or below). A real person reads every message and replies personally with a free audit and a no-pressure plan.

Question 51

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Accepted Answer

We include revisions within the agreed scope and post-launch fixes as set out in your project agreement. If it's not right, we keep working until it is — that's the whole point of a fixed price.

Question 52

Do you charge hourly or fixed price?

Accepted Answer

Fixed price for projects, monthly retainer for care + SEO. Hourly only for true one-off consulting. You always know the cost before we start.

Question 53

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The quote includes design, build, copy support, QA, launch, and 14 days of post-launch fixes. Third-party costs (premium plugins, stock assets, Wix subscriptions) are itemized separately upfront.

Question 54

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If we cancel a project before delivery, we refund unworked milestones. After launch, we don't refund completed work but we will fix any in-scope issue at no charge.

Question 55

Do I need to have my content ready before we start?

Accepted Answer

Helpful but not required. We have copywriters who can interview your team and produce final content — it just adds 1–2 weeks to the timeline.

Question 56

Can we work in phases?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many clients launch a tight v1 in 3 weeks and grow it over 3–6 months. Phased work spreads cost, gets you live faster, and lets data guide decisions.

Question 57

What does the Care plan include?

Accepted Answer

Monthly content edits, performance monitoring, security checks, SEO health, backups, uptime alerts, and priority support. Think of it as a part-time web team for less than a coffee a day.

Question 58

How fast do you respond to support requests?

Accepted Answer

Response times and edit turnaround depend on your care plan and are set out when you sign up. Urgent issues such as a site being down or checkout breaking are prioritised.

Question 59

Can I cancel the Care plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts, no exit fees. Pause or cancel from your dashboard whenever you need.

Question 60

Do you handle hosting and domain renewals?

Accepted Answer

Wix handles hosting natively (it's bulletproof). We monitor renewals and warn you before anything expires — but the accounts stay in your name.

Question 61

What happens if my site goes down?

Accepted Answer

We get alerted before you do via uptime monitoring. Care plan clients are prioritised, and we explain what happened once it's resolved.

Question 62

Do you offer security monitoring?

Accepted Answer

Wix handles SSL, firewall, and platform-level security. We add uptime monitoring, form-spam protection, suspicious-activity alerts, and quarterly access reviews on top.

Question 63

Can you train my team to manage the site internally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We record custom Loom training, write a CMS playbook, and run live workshops. Many clients run their own day-to-day editing after a 2-hour handoff.

Question 64

Do you offer conversion rate optimization (CRO)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B tests to lift form completions, checkout conversions, and lead quality. Most CRO programs pay for themselves in 60 days.
